what occurred to license code, I put in 2024 Turbo tax desktop and never received Guidance with code, Once i login to my account there is not any Downloads folder?  I am not able, following the directions or normally, to find a website in which I can enter the license code from an item I previously bought at a store. Can any one give assistance on
